Richmond Property Management is a growing property management firm overseeing residential and mixed-use properties across Windsor and surrounding areas. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Leasing Agent to join our team and support our continued growth.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys sales, real estate, and working directly with prospective tenants.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-person and virtual property showings
Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Screen prospective tenants (applications, references, documentation)
Coordinate lease signings and move-in processes
Maintain accurate leasing records and update internal systems
Work closely with property management and maintenance teams to ensure units are rent-ready
Market available units on platforms all rental websites
Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current tenants
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in leasing, real estate, sales, or customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skilled appearance and positive attitude
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet leasing targets
Comfortable using property management software and basic computer tools
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
