Job Duties
- Support the Captain in all phases of flight, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
- Execute SOPs, checklists, and company policies with disciplined CRM and situational awareness.
- Participate in flight planning, performance calculations, and weather/NOTAM reviews.
- Deliver exceptional service and professionalism with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain training currencies and standards; be prepared to travel for recurrent and type training.
Flight Time & Requirements
- Total time: 1,500 hours
- PIC time: 250 hours
- Type rating: Not required (Training Provided)
- License requirement: IATRA

Eligibility & Travel
- Passport & travel:
Valid passport with ability to travel freely within Canada, the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean islands, South America, and Western Europe.
- Training travel: Ability to travel to the United States as a passenger for training.
- Security clearances: Ability to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) and Corporate CANPASS privileges.
- Background check: Successful completion required.
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided.
