Responsibilities

Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.

Repair damage to vehicle body panels.

Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles.

Replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and accessories.

Remove and install welded and sectioned parts.

Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle.

Use frame equipment.

Apply new knowledge and skills to maintain a high level of quality and productivity, contributing to KPIs (Sales/CP/EBITA/BHPD/NPS).

Take responsibility for outcomes and continuously seek learning opportunities to improve performance.

Education and Experience Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Completion of a Post‑Secondary Auto Body Repair Program.

Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience.

Welding experience (MIG, TIG).

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and possess a valid driver’s license.

Must have own toolbox.

Preferred Qualifications

Red Seal or 310B certification preferred.

I‑Car Registered (working toward Gold Class certification) preferred.

Compensation
$90,000 – $140,000 per year. Compensation is commensurate with skill, education, and experience.
