Your mission
Partner with the Captain to operate the Dash 8 safely and efficiently in accordance with company SOPs and TCCA regulations.
Lead meticulous pre-flight planning, including weather, NOTAMs, performance, and weight‑and‑balance calculations.
Exercise disciplined CRM, clear communication, and sound decision‑making from pushback to parking.
Execute precise departures, approaches, and landings while maintaining high situational awareness in varying weather and terrain.
Uphold a proactive safety culture, reporting hazards and contributing to continuous improvement.
Deliver a professional, passenger‑focused experience and represent the brand with integrity.
Minimum requirements
Total time: 1000 hours
Multi‑engine: 500 hours
Type rating: Not required — training provided
Licenses required: IATRA, IR, ME
Accepted licenses: TCCA
Medical: Class 1
ICAO ELP level: 4
Preferred
Current type rating on the Dash 8BC
Recent mountain flying experience
Additional requirements
Ability to obtain an RAIC
Strong commitment to a proactive safety culture
Successful completion of pre‑employment drug & alcohol testing requirements
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
