As Controls Module Owner, you will be responsible for important engine and product control system validation tasks, collaborating directly with multiple teams within the company. The role requires strong influence, problem‑solving, and consensus‑building skills.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

Prepare and configure test vehicle and test cell systems.

Procure engine hardware and define instrumentation for testing needs.

Implement hardware and control‑software modifications to align with quality procedures.

Integrate rigs and control systems to conduct engineering component test activities.

Validate engine communication support tools to ensure robust industrialization.

Support engine flight test campaigns with flight‑release documentation.

Resolve engine assembly, test discrepancies, and technical challenges involving tooling, instrumentation, configuration, and test data.

Support the engineering integrated product team.

Assist in production readiness support.

Document engine assembly, test,



and strip findings through detailed reports.

Qualifications

University or technical degree in engineering with at least 2 years of professional experience.

Field of study: aeronautics, aerospace, mechatronics, electrical, robotics, or avionics.

Valued assets: controls logic, electronics, micro‑controllers, PLC, real‑time systems.

Strong project‑management skills.

Solid technical and product knowledge of engines.

Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and communication abilities.

Good computer skills (Office 365, Atlassian, etc.).

Availability for occasional business travel.
