Join our Springfield clinic as a full-time permanent MSK Physio within a large multidisciplinary team, delivering varied and rewarding caseloads.

About The Role
This is a permanent full-time position based in our Springfield clinic. The clinic operates Monday to Thursday 7.30am - 6.30pm, Friday 07.30am - 4.00pm and Saturday 7.30am - 1.00pm.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a large, supportive multidisciplinary team including Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologist, Dietitians and Remedial Massage Therapists, supported by a strong administrative team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions

Manage a varied caseload across private practice, NDIS, and Support at Home / Aged Care clients

Develop personalised, evidence-based treatment plans

Support paediatric patients (under 18 years) where required

Participate in mentoring and ongoing professional development opportunities

Your total remuneration package will reflect your experience, capabilities, and the value you bring to the team.

Packages start from $80,000 and scale up to $120,000+, plus performance-based bonuses so your earning potential grows with your results.

What You’ll Bring

Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy

Full/General AHPRA Registration

Minimum 2 years’ experience in private practice/MSK physiotherapy

Blue Card (or ability to obtain)

Qualified indemnity insurance

Willingness to undergo a Police Check
