Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the selected candidate will have a CPA and 3-5 years of progressive experience. Responsibilities will include preparing financial disclosures, managing the month-end close, and ensuring general ledger accuracy. Furthermore, the role requires analyzing transactions in compliance with IFRS while collaborating closely with U.S. Property Tax advisors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare annual and quarterly consolidated financial disclosures
• Manage month-end close accuracy and completeness




• Create internal financial reporting packages
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts as needed
• Enhance internal controls and audit support

Requirements:
• CPA and Bachelor's degree in Accounting necessary
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite or Hyperion preferred
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
