Responsibilities Perform comprehensive electrical maintenance and advanced troubleshooting on complex plant equipment.
Inspect, test, and repair electrical systems and infrastructure to ensure maximum safety and operational efficiency.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime and restore operations.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to support and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain precise records of work performed, system modifications, and parts inventory.
Qualifications Must possess a valid Red Seal Industrial Electrician certificate.
Deep understanding of industrial electrical systems, controls, and medium-voltage safety standards.
Expert ability to diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently.
Highly skilled in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
Unwavering commitment to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and arc flash safety.
Strong communication skills with the ability to function effectively within a multidisciplinary maintenance team.
Previous experience in the Cement Industry or heavy industrial manufacturing is preferred.
Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.

Work Environment This role operates primarily in heavy industrial environments. Conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
