We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and cooking, with a strong focus on food safety and quality. The Line

Cook will be responsible for preparing meals according to recipes and standards, ensuring timely service, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, along with knowledge of the food industry and food handling procedures.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items with consistency and attention to detail, following established recipes and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Ensure all food safety protocols are adhered to, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices
Maintain cleanliness of work stations, cooking equipment, and utensils throughout shifts




Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely delivery of orders
Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation before serving
Follow health department regulations and company policies to uphold high standards of hygiene and safety

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is highly desirable
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy pots or trays
A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes to guests
