This 6-month contract role requires a Full‑Stack Engineer with extensive experience in Angular and Java/SpringBoot. The position is based in Vancouver, hybrid work (4 days a week in office). The client is a well‑known Canadian brand with a robust technology focus and global reach.

Base Pay

CA$75.00/hr – CA$90.00/hr.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain secure, reliable, and performant web applications using Angular, Java/SpringBoot, and cloud‑native architectures.
Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration patterns that support end‑to‑end supply‑chain solutions.
Mentor junior developers and drive automation and performance optimization across the team.
Collaborate with business and architecture stakeholders to deliver industry‑leading solutions for sourcing, manufacturing, and responsible supply chain practices.

Required Qualifications
8+ years of software engineering experience; Bachelor's Degree in IT Engineering or Computer Science.




4+ years developing enterprise Java/SpringBoot applications; solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and integration patterns.
Solid cloud‑native and data platform experience: 4+ years with AWS and Kubernetes, 3+ years with streaming data technologies (Kafka), hands‑on experience with MongoDB, Snowflake, relational/NoSQL databases, ETL processes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Compensation

Pay range: $75–90 per hour.
