Line Cook (Full-time / Part time)

At The Sharp Music Cafe, brunch, coffee, and live music come together to create a warm and memorable experience for every guest.

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate Line Cook to join our team. This role is a great fit for someone who takes pride in preparing fresh, well-presented food, works calmly and efficiently during busy service, and values consistency, teamwork, and care in the kitchen.

What You’ll Do
Prepare and plate menu items with care, consistency, and attention to detail
Support smooth kitchen service during busy brunch hours
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and prep areas
Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation standards
Assist with prep work, stocking, and station setup before service
Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front-of-house team to keep service running smoothly
Monitor food quality and help ensure dishes are sent out on time
Follow food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards at all times
Support opening, closing,



and daily kitchen duties as needed

What We’re Looking For
Previous line cook experience is preferred, especially in a breakfast or brunch kitchen
Able to work efficiently and stay organized in a rapid-paced setting
Strong sense of responsibility, consistency, and attention to detail
Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
Passion for food and pride in quality and presentation
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Weekend and holiday availability preferred
