Duties
Prepare ingredients and assist in food prep to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Cook menu items with precision, following established recipes and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
Handle food safely by practicing proper food handling and storage procedures
Support serving staff by ensuring timely and accurate meal delivery
Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and rotating stock
Follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold a safe working environment

Qualifications




Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and meal preparation processes
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices
Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail
Robust teamwork skills and positive attitude toward collaboration with kitchen staff and servers
Experience in restaurant or food industry settings is a plus but not mandatory
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed
