Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Lead Hand to join our team and contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of outdoor spaces. This role involves assisting the Foreman in leading a crew and executing commercial landscape construction projects safely and on schedule.

Duties
Help organize, motivate, and support the crew to hit production and quality targets.
Perform and coach hardscape and softscape construction tasks (grading, retaining walls, patios, and planting).
Operate tools and equipment (skid steers, compactors, power tools) safely and efficiently.
Maintain clean, secure, and skilled job sites every day.
Communicate clearly with crew and management

Experience
2 years of landscape construction experience, hardscape and softscape.
Experience driving heavy equipment including skid steers and excavators
Ability to read plans, solve in office challenges, and work with minimal direction.




Prioritizes and implements employee safety protocols
Valid driver’s license required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good team building skills — you help others perform their best.
