About The Role

We're launching a new contract in Winchester and are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join WPS. You'll be the main point of contact for residents , keeping them informed, supported, and reassured throughout works. This is a people-focused role where clear communication and robust relationships are key to success.

What You'll Do
Build positive relationships with residents and handle queries
Keep residents informed about works, timelines, and access needs
Coordinate access to properties
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Log and manage complaints effectively
Share updates via meetings, newsletters, and drop-in sessions
Flag resident needs or vulnerabilities to site teams

What We're Looking For
Solid communication and customer service skills
Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
Experience in a customer-facing role (housing/construction desirable)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and build trust quickly

Essential: Valid UK driving licence
