Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by preparing high-quality dishes and supporting the overall food service process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent food handling skills, and experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
Cook and assemble dishes efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
Follow food safety guidelines to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all ingredients and equipment
Support the kitchen team with cleaning, organizing, and maintaining a hygienic work environment
Assist with inventory management by stocking supplies and notifying management of shortages
Ensure timely delivery of orders to the serving staff or directly to guests




Adhere to all restaurant policies regarding serving, food safety, and food handling procedures

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
Solid understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays as needed
Basic knowledge of the food industry and commitment to delivering quality service
