Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Cook a variety of menu items with precision, speed, and consistency to meet customer expectations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
Assist in food handling tasks such as portioning, plating, and garnishing to ensure quality presentation
Support the kitchen team during busy hours by efficiently managing multiple orders and tasks
Follow all safety protocols related to food preparation, storage,



and sanitation practices
Collaborate with team members to uphold a positive, energetic atmosphere that promotes teamwork and excellence

Experience
Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
Experience in meal preparation and serving in fast-paced environments
Strong understanding of the food industry’s best practices for cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Enthusiasm for learning recent culinary skills and contributing to a dynamic kitchen team
