Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients to streamline kitchen operations
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines at all times
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen workflow during busy periods
Monitor food quality during cooking processes, adjusting seasoning and presentation as needed to meet standards
Follow serving procedures to ensure dishes are presented attractively and served promptly to guests




Support inventory management by rotating stock, minimizing waste, and notifying management of supply needs

Qualifications
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a solid foundation in food preparation and cooking techniques
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and best practices for maintaining hygiene in the kitchen
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration and learning
Prior experience with meal preparation, food industry operations, or kitchen experience is highly desirable
Familiarity with serving procedures and customer service principles within a restaurant setting is a plus
Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness at all times
