Duties
Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, planting, weeding, and mulching to keep outdoor areas pristine and inviting
Operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and lawn mowers efficiently and safely to ensure high-quality results
Use hand tools for planting, edging, and soil preparation with precision and care
Assist with irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure optimal water distribution across landscapes
Conduct minor construction activities like installing garden beds or pathways using appropriate equipment and techniques
Maintain equipment through routine mechanical checks and basic repairs to maximize operational efficiency




Support larger projects involving excavation with equipment such as excavators while adhering to safety protocols

Qualifications
Prior experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or construction is highly desirable
Mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining power tools and small machinery
Familiarity with irrigation systems, horticulture practices, and general gardening techniques
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual tasks
Basic understanding of hand tools and power tools used in landscaping projects
Construction experience is a plus for assisting with site preparation or installation projects
Strong attention to safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a secure work environment
