Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
Follow established recipes, portion controls, and food safety standards during meal preparation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station, including equipment sanitation and stock rotation
Assist with food handling procedures to ensure proper storage, temperature control, and hygiene practices
Support the kitchen team during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple orders and maintaining a steady workflow
Adhere to all health regulations and safety protocols to ensure a protected working environment for everyone




Contribute to menu planning discussions by providing feedback on popular items and potential new offerings

Experience
Previous line cook experience is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with food handling standards
Proven background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant experience within fast-paced or fine dining settings
Strong knowledge of food safety practices, including proper knife skills, sanitation procedures, and allergen awareness
Experience with meal preparation, catering services, or serving in a food industry environment is advantageous
Familiarity with kitchen operations, food industry standards, and culinary techniques to ensure effective service delivery
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail under pressure
