Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscape Crew Member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be actively involved in maintaining and improving outdoor spaces through hands-on work with various landscaping tasks. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure our projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
Assist with landscape installation, including planting, mulching, and soil preparation
Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators under supervision
Perform landscape maintenance tasks like mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging
Support irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure proper watering
Conduct general gardening activities including fertilizing and weed control




Maintain equipment through routine mechanical checks and basic repairs
Follow safety protocols during all operations to ensure a safe working environment

Experience
Previous experience in landscaping, gardening or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools for outdoor work
Experience or background in landscape maintenance will be advantageous
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina and attention to detail
