Are you passionate about skincare, beauty, retail sales and creating an exceptional guest experience?

SugarMoon Salon and BODÉ Spa for Men are looking for a confident, outgoing and customer-focused Retail Sales & Guest Experience Coordinator to join our Toronto team.

At the heart of this role is creating a seamless and memorable experience from the moment a guest connects with us to the moment they leave. You’ll build genuine relationships, anticipate guest needs and become highly knowledgeable in our products, services and treatments so you can confidently educate, recommend and support each guest.

This is a part-time position working between our SugarMoon and BODÉ Toronto locations. Evening and weekend availability is required.

What You'll Do

- Welcome every guest with warmth, confidence and professionalism
- Take ownership of the guest experience from arrival through departure
- Build genuine relationships with current and returning guests
- Develop strong knowledge of our products, services and treatments
- Confidently educate guests and recommend products and services based on their needs
- Take an active role in achieving retail sales and service goals
- Support appointment booking, scheduling, confirmations and rebooking
- Manage phone calls, emails and guest inquiries
- Maintain inviting retail displays and a polished front-of-house environment




- Support the team and help ensure smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in retail sales, beauty retail, customer service, guest services, reception, spa, salon, wellness or hospitality
- A genuine interest in skincare, beauty and personal care
- Confidence recommending and selling retail products
- A self-starter who takes initiative, ownership and pride in their work
- Strong communication, organization and multitasking skills
- A natural ability to connect with people and anticipate guest needs
- Experience with POS or appointment booking software is an asset
- Experience with Repêchage or Bioline skincare is a strong asset
- Flexibility to work between both Toronto locations
- Evening and weekend availability is required
