Job Summary/ Essential Functions The Terrain Park Attendant performs setup and maintenance on terrain park features as well as ensuring the overall function and safety of the terrain park. Includes the set up & take down of features, commitment to safety, and working on a team to ensure features are maintained, safe and set up properly for guests. Park attendants will interact with guests daily

Essential Job Functions

- Performs daily maintenance and documentation of multiple terrain park features
- Involves lots of heavy shoveling
- Assesses the difficulty level of individual terrain park features
- Sets up and maintains features, signage, fencing and understands how to minimize hazards.
- Follows established working procedures and ensures safe working conditions for himself/herself and the team.
- Coordinates with snowcat operators for evening/night builds.
- Assists Ski Patrol and other departments.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of Terrain Park shack and terrain park.
- Has a thorough knowledge of company and department polices.
- Always acts professionally.




- Interacts positively with guests: Provides accurate information regarding lifts, runs, area facilities/services, operating hours and current events. Handles complaints and resolves situations in a courteous manner.
- Safely operates snowmobiles in accordance with RMR procedures

Required Qualifications and Abilities

- High school graduate
- Must be eligible to work in Canada - can provide SIN and documentation
- Previous experience working in terrain parks (minimum of one season)
- Advanced snowboarding or skiing ability
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Good physical condition
