- Oversee roofing projects from start to completion, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate a team of roofers, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance.
- Plan and organize daily roofing activities based on project requirements and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate the delivery, availability, and proper use of roofing materials, tools, and equipment.
- Monitor job progress and ensure projects remain on schedule and within established requirements.
- Communicate with clients, project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders regarding project progress and requirements.




- Identify and address issues or delays that may impact project timelines or quality.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets company and industry standards.

Requirements

- Proven +6 years of experience in roofing, with supervisory experience preferred
- Solid leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and roofing standards
- Ability to read plans/blueprints and manage project timelines
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
