Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced landscape construction Foreman to join the Jones Outdoor Living team. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for construction and coordinating the daily activities of our projects. You will work with a designer and/or Project Manager and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Duties
Read and interpret construction plans
Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews
Provide guidance and direction to team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
Collaborate with Project Manager to develop project schedules and budgets
Utilize construction management software, such as LMN & Dext, to track project details and communicate with team members




Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control standards are met
Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements
Experience in a leadership role within the construction industry
Solid knowledge of landscape construction
Ability to effectively supervise and manage a team
Robust organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of budgeting processes and cost control measures
Familiarity with quality control procedures in landscape construction projects
