Drive sustainable management with the Gwa’sala-‘Nakwaxda’xw Nations as the Lands & Resources Manager. In this full time role, you will provide strategic direction and leadership within the Lands & Resources Department. Your role will encompass managing diverse programs, environmental monitoring, and community engagement efforts. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Lands & Resources Department initiatives and strategies
Supervise departmental staff and support management functions
Oversee budgets, work plans,
and reporting obligations
Engage with government agencies and stakeholder organizations
Support environmental protection and resource management efforts Requirements:
Degree in Natural Resource Management or relevant field
5+ years in lands and resources or related field
Experience in supervisory roles for at least 3 years
Knowledge of Indigenous rights and consultation processes
