Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of residence rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine setting.
Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational facilities.
Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and linens to ensure availability for guests’ needs.
Follow established safety and sanitation procedures to promote a healthy environment for guests and staff.
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate department promptly.
Adhere to all home policies and procedures related to cleanliness, security, and guest privacy.
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned to uphold high hygiene standards.
Skills
Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles, preferably within hotel or hospitality settings.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products used in industrial cleaning settings.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and thoroughness.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced workplace.
Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and customer service principles is a plus.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and respond effectively to guest requests.
