We are seeking a part time Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team on a 2 – 3 day per week schedule. This role is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional who takes pride in high cleanliness standards, enjoys leading a team, and thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. This position requires candidates to be located within the Whistler area or to have reliable local accommodations in place prior to starting.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the daily housekeeping team, including room attendants and housepersons
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met
Assign and prioritize room assignments based on arrivals, departures, and special requests
Monitor and maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies, linens,



and amenities
Communicate with the front desk regarding room status, maintenance issues, and guest requests
Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures, product usage, and brand standards
Assist with hands-on cleaning duties as needed to support the team during peak periods
Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel environment is required
Prior supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
Solid attention to detail with a commitment to high cleanliness and presentation standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
Ability to work adaptable shifts, including weekends and holidays
Physically able to perform cleaning duties and stand for extended periods
Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification is an asset

Pay: From $29.00 per hour
