Duties
Coordinate daily HVAC service appointments, ensuring timely dispatch of technicians to client sites
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing clear updates on service status and scheduling
Maintain detailed records of service activities, including appliance repair logs, refrigeration work, and equipment repairs
Support field technicians with troubleshooting guidance related to HVAC/R systems, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler maintenance




Assist in managing inventory of parts and tools necessary for HVAC/R field service operations
Prepare and review invoices for customers

Skills
Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC systems, refrigeration, plumbing, and appliance repair
Field service experience with a focus on air conditioning systems and property maintenance
Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical issues
Robust computer skills
Ability to work well with others
