Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in cleaning operations, hospitality, and custodial management. This leadership role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

The Housekeeping

Manager will ensure that all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, contributing to a positive setting for guests and staff alike.

Duties
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure productive operations
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols aligned with industry standards
Train new staff on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and customer service expectations
Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective usage
Address guest or staff concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning efforts during special events or peak times
Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, staff performance,



and supply usage

Experience
Proven experience in cleaning management within hotel, hospitality, or industrial settings
Strong background in custodial services, industrial cleaning, or related fields
Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a housekeeping or custodial environment preferred
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and industry best practices
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
Strong communication skills to interact with staff, guests, and management professionally
