Position Overview The IT Teacher will be responsible for supporting the daily operation of the infant/toddler classroom, fostering children’s development, and maintaining a warm and positive learning setting.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support children’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
Supervise and guide children using positive and respectful discipline strategies
Manage daily classroom routines, including meals, diapering, naps, and transitions
Observe and document children’s development
Communicate effectively and professionally with parents
Follow all licensing regulations and health & safety policies

Qualifications
Valid Infant Toddler (IT) certification (BC ECE IT License to Practice)
Experience working in an Infant/Toddler classroom (required)
Valid First Aid Certificate
Criminal Record Check clearance
Robust patience, responsibility, and a positive approach to guiding children
Ability to work collaboratively in a small team setting

Job Type: Part time Pay: $26.00-$32.00 per hour
