We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Infant and Toddler Educator to join our team, committed to fostering a positive learning environment for children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, working with young children, and supporting individuals with diverse needs. This role involves creating engaging educational experiences that promote growth, development, and confidence in our students.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to ensure each child's success
Observe and assess student progress, providing feedback and adapting teaching strategies accordingly
Assist with daily caregiving routines such as feeding, toileting, and personal hygiene as needed
Maintain accurate records of student activities and developmental milestones




Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and educational standards

Requirements
Prior classroom experience working with children or in early childhood education preferred
Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
Strong teaching skills with the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
Compassionate caregiver with excellent communication skills
Ability to create engaging and supportive learning settings
Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children
Relevant certifications or training in early childhood education or caregiving are advantageous
