In this in-person role, you will report to the Director of Human Resources and be responsible for HR administration, recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.

You will manage employee lifecycle processes and ensure compliance with employment standards, contributing to organizational goals through effective HR practices. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to HR inquiries professionally each day
Create and maintain job descriptions and postings
Screen resumes and conduct pre-screen interviews
Facilitate HR Orientation for current employees
Partner with managers on WCB claims management Requirements:
3+ years of progressive HR experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
CPHR designation or working toward it
Solid organizational and communication skills
