Job Overview We are an industry leader in smart and sustainable building solutions, looking for a Project Coordinator to manage construction and infrastructure projects across the globe.
Responsibilities Oversee building and construction project administration, including new construction, space buildouts, and facility expansions.
Track projects to ensure completion on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Maintain regular communication records for stakeholders, city officials, contractors, and vendors.
Ensure documentation is in compliance with facility and project management policies, health and safety regulations, and emergency protocols.
Track project performance metrics and provide regular updates.
Manage financial operations of the facility and projects, including budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
Handle accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, and vendor payments.
Issue contracts in accordance with project and JCI policy, including invoice controls and vendor profiles.
Contribute to budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual).
Support compliance with financial regulations, coordinate internal and external audits.
Manage contracts related to facility maintenance and services,



ensuring cost‑effective operations.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, facility management, project management, or a related field.
Previous experience in facility management or project coordination is an asset.
Strong organizational, analytical, problem‑solving, communicative and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Smartsheet, and SharePoint.
Compensation & Benefits HIRING SALARY RANGE: $73,500 – $91,900. This role includes a competitive benefits package, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time available from day one.
