Join DECIEM as a Senior Manager of Financial Reporting, leading a transformative initiative in a hybrid working environment located in Liberty Village.

This role involves overseeing financial statement management, driving performance during month-end closes, and setting accountability standards for reporting accuracy. You will report to the Director, Financial Controller and require strong financial expertise along with leadership experience in a fast-paced finance setting, particularly preference given to CPA candidates with a solid understanding of US GAAP.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage company financial statements and accounting records
• Drive performance during financial closing periods




• Effectively communicate financial updates to stakeholders
• Oversee capital expenditures and internal control policies
• Create a culture of continuous improvement within the team

Requirements:
• Required: Licensed CPA or equivalent designation
• At least five years in financial reporting roles
• Two years of proven leadership experience
• Solid grasp of US GAAP
• Familiarity with MS Dynamics D365 systems
