Overview The Agronomist will be part of the Agro Department located in Broadview, Saskatchewan. Reporting to the Agro Manager, this role provides agronomic support, services, and recommendations to growers and customers, ensuring sustainable operations while identifying sales and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities Provide agronomic consulting and support to members; collaborate with the Agro Team to maintain sustainable business practices; lead knowledge dissemination and appropriate recommendations; actively seek sales and growth opportunities.
Qualifications Degree or diploma in Agriculture or Agribusiness.
Professional certifications (CCA, PAg) or working toward them is an asset.
Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in an agriculture‑related field (retail, fertility, and crop protection)



required.
Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
Intuitive understanding of farm business management.
Solid background in sales, account management, and agronomy.
Sound knowledge of new technology developments in the industry.
Honesty, trustworthiness, results‑orientation, and a drive to excel are essential.
