Job Overview Work Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Line of Business: Business Management, Strategy & Support
Pay Details: $96,900 - $136,800 CAD
Key Responsibilities Conduct deep discovery and analysis of Financial Planning (FP) practices to identify strengths, opportunities, and what matters most to planners.
Deliver thought leadership and coaching to individuals and teams, both in group settings and one‑on‑one engagements.
Equip Financial Planners to grow through greater efficiency, optimal practice management, and enhanced client experience.
Support planners in prospecting, internal referrals, consolidation strategies, brand consistency, and team development.
Implement tactical Practice Management initiatives at both the leader and planner level.
Partner closely with National Office and TD enterprise teams to provide end‑to‑end support for FP practices.
Stay current on FP programs, tools, and resources (e.g., Wealth Case Management, FP Direct, FP Roadshows, and digital advice platforms).
Promote continuous improvement, leveraging best practices from FP Roadshows, coaching programs, and peer learning opportunities.




Job Requirements Proven track record in delivering advice and solutions to clients in Financial Planning.
7+ years of Sales Leadership, Coaching, Training, and/or Advisory experience.
Excellent presentation skills, with experience in both individual and group coaching.
Forward‑looking thought leader with strong problem‑solving skills and a pragmatic approach to practice optimization.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and demonstrate discipline around timelines, implementation, and sustainment.
Strong influencing skills and ability to drive accountability and guide others to desired outcomes.
Knowledge of TD Wealth FP products, systems, procedures, and structure.
Understanding of the Financial Planning business, regulations, and procedures.
Subject Matter Expertise and/or industry certifications/accreditations such as CFP, QAFP, PFP, CSC, IFIC, CFA considered an asset.
Team player with strong cooperative skills and experience partnering across business units.
Exceptional communication skills, able to engage a diverse audience.
Coaching designations (e.g., ACC, PCC through ICF) and consulting certifications (e.g., Kolbe, StrengthsFinder, DISC, Myers‑Briggs) considered an asset.
