Exciting opportunity at DECIEM for a Manager in Product Safety and Regulatory Affairs. Lead teams and develop strategies to ensure global product compliance and safety.

As a Senior Manager at DECIEM, you will direct the Product Safety & Toxicology function, providing the regulatory oversight needed to maintain the compliance of our extensive product range. You will enable cutting-edge product journeys from concept through commercialization while mentoring a dynamic team. Your strategic leadership will ensure our products meet safety standards in global markets, aligning with evolving regulations and consumer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead safety and regulatory compliance initiatives
• Conduct toxicological assessments and ingredient reviews




• Develop strategies for new categories, including natural health products
• Cultivate a high-performance team through mentoring
• Stay abreast of global safety regulations and trends

Requirements:
• 8+ years in product safety and risk assessment
• 6+ years in regulatory affairs for consumer products
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Degree in Toxicology or similar required
• Leadership experience in diverse teams
