This position at the Mary River Mine in Nunavut emphasizes competency in mobile equipment operation. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver training on secure mobile equipment practices
• Guide and support departmental training assistants
• Assess and document employee training effectiveness




• Report on training initiatives and outcomes
• Aid in meeting production objectives

Requirements:
• At least 7 years in mining, construction, or similar roles
• Safety Certifications, including CPR/First Aid
• Train the Trainer Certification essential
• WSCC Supervisor Certification required
• Class 1 endorsement and Air Brake Endorsement preferred
