You will be responsible for equity accounting, ensuring compliance with transfer pricing agreements, and producing comprehensive financial statements. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute equity pick-up for subsidiaries effectively
• Direct and record intercompany transfer transactions
• Manage financial accounting for engineering projects




• Prepare full-cycle financial statements for all entities
• Supervise reporting for standalone accounting departments

Requirements:
• CPA, CA or CPA, CMA designation is mandatory
• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• Minimum of 8 years in corporate accounting
• Experience with ERP systems is critical
• Understanding of satellite operations is a plus
