Position Details
Position Status: Permanent Full-Time.
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends based on operational requirements.
Location: CVDCS – 3594 Highway 144 East, Chelmsford, ON P0M 1L0.
Salary: $61,425 annually, in accordance with the OCOF/Nena Salary Grid.

Job Summary
Reporting to the Director, Child Care Services & Pedagogy, the Child Care Supervisor is responsible for the overall leadership, operation, administration, and quality of operations at an assigned child care site. The Supervisor provides operational leadership, guidance, and support to educators and support staff while ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, inclusive, and compliant early learning and child care programs in accordance with the Child Care and Early Years Act (CCEYA), the College of Early Childhood Educators Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, OCOF/Nena’s Program Statement, and organizational policies. The Supervisor plays a key role in fostering employee engagement and success, promoting a positive environment.
