Reporting directly to the Program Coordinator, you'll assess clients' needs and develop effective treatment approaches. This role requires you to deliver individual and group therapies while working alongside an interdisciplinary team. You'll also take part in case conferences, evaluate programs, and provide education and consultation to clients and fellow health professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and collaborate with clients on treatment options
• Provide individual and family therapy with a focus on disorders
• Facilitate therapeutic groups tailored for client needs




• Maintain detailed and accurate case records
• Lead in-service sessions and educational training

Requirements:
• Master’s in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or related field
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Ongoing registration with a qualified association
• Class 5 B.C. Driver’s License required
• Comprehensive knowledge of client care standards
