Copper Mountain is hiring a Lead Youth Ski and Ride School Supervisor for the upcoming season. You’ll be vital in ensuring our youth programs run smoothly and meet high service standards.

This seasonal role involves overseeing day-to-day Ski and Ride School operations and staffing requirements. You’ll evaluate class performance, provide guest support, and train new instructors. A minimum of three years of industry experience and a Level 2 PSIA/AASI certification are essential to succeed in this leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise instructor performance and class averages
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally
• Lead training initiatives for instructors
• Maintain organization in ski and ride school locations
• Conduct regular assessments of safety measures

Requirements:
• Current Level 2 PSIA/AASI certification required
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in snow sports
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Adaptable availability for varied shifts
