Become the driving force in quality assurance at Linamar as the Quality Department Supervisor. Supervise a talented team and ensure high manufacturing standards.

As Supervisor for the Quality team, you will coordinate activities to meet production targets while fostering a culture of quality excellence. Your leadership will guide inspectors and gauge technicians in achieving effective quality practices and resolving operational issues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor a team of Quality professionals
• Develop test procedures to support production requirements
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching
• Implement quality improvement programs to reduce waste
• Participate in internal audits and LPA processes

Requirements:
• 5 to 7 years’ experience in a quality setting
• 2 years of experience in a leadership position
• Knowledge of SPC, ISO14001, and APQP methodologies
• Skilled in blueprint interpretation and dimensional tolerancing
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software
