NOW HIRING – EXTERIOR CLEANER / PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

Kings Janitorial is looking for an experienced and reliable Exterior Cleaner / Property Maintenance Worker to join our team.

Position: Part time, leading to Full-Time

Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week

Pay: $25.00/hour

Schedule: Daytime shifts

We are looking for someone who has experience with:
Pressure washing
Exterior building cleaning
Window cleaning
Lawn care and general property maintenance
Safely operating pressure washing and lawn care equipment

What we’re looking for:
Previous experience with exterior cleaning and property maintenance
Comfortable using pressure washers and lawn care equipment
Able to work independently
Reliable and dependable




Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working outdoors
Available for daytime shifts

This position will start at a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the chance to grow into a full time position. If you have experience in pressure washing, window cleaning, lawn care, and exterior property maintenance, we’d love to hear from you!
