Duties
Perform qualified nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety
Provide excellent customer service by listening to client preferences, offering expert advice, and creating a relaxing experience
Upsell additional services or retail products such as nail care treatments, hand creams, or polish to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
Educate clients on proper nail maintenance and aftercare to promote healthy nails between appointments
Build strong relationships with clients through friendly communication,



personalized recommendations, and consistent quality work
Keep appointment schedules organized and manage retail inventory efficiently

Requirements
Proven experience as a Nail Technician with a strong portfolio of nail art and techniques
Knowledge of body waxing techniques is a plus but not required
Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their needs
Strong understanding of sanitation standards and safety protocols in a salon environment
Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining genuine customer care
Passion for the beauty industry with a keen eye for detail and creativity
Retail sales experience is desirable but not mandatory; enthusiasm for promoting products is essential
