POSITION :

We are seeking an experienced Import specialist to join our team at our Toronto branch in Mississauga Ontario.

RESPONSIBILITY:
Prepares and processes import documents.
Administers appropriate movement of goods and ensures clearance and timely delivery.
Communicates via phone and e-mail with clients, agents, and partners, providing shipment status, solutions, or alternatives and achieve profitable deals with mutual satisfaction.

QUALIFICATION:
1+ years experience in the freight forwarding industry (Preferred)
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to work in quick pace environment
Post-secondary degree or diploma
Must be fluent in English and Korean
Proficient with MS Office




Must be eligible to work in Canada
