Responsibilities
Prepare and serve hot foods with efficiency and care, ensuring quality and safety standards are met at all times
Maintain attractive and organized displays of hot foods to entice customers and promote sales
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, assisting with selections, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Keep the hot foods area clean, sanitized, and well-stocked through regular cleaning and inventory management
Assist with merchandising efforts to highlight new or promotional items effectively

Requirements




Previous experience in retail sales or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Ability to operate basic equipment such as fryers, warming trays, or other food preparation tools; forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory
Strong communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members in a bilingual setting if applicable
Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels, cleanliness, and presentation standards efficiently
Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks like lifting or moving supplies as needed
A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food hygiene regulations
Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings or weekends as required
