Service Shift Manager/Foreman – Evening Shift
Drive the productivity and customer service of our Service Department during the evening shift.
Responsibilities
Schedule all service jobs for technicians to optimize efficiency.
Motivate employees through coaching and development.
Back up the Service Business Manager.
Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment.
Perform final approvals on equipment.
Deliver exceptional customer service and follow‑up.
Assist in quoting repairs and maintaining records.
Build effective team dynamics with all departments.
Encourage protected working habits.
Qualifications
Operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostics.
At least 5 years of experience in complex repairs.
Capability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly and 40‑75 lbs on occasion.
Willingness to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Valid driver’s license.
Ag Tech (JDTECH) Journeyperson Certification or equivalent.
Expert knowledge of agricultural equipment.
Proficient computer and systems usage.
