Become a vital part of Pan American Silver as an IT Infrastructure Senior Analyst. This role includes supporting core IT operations and ensuring system performance across various platforms.

As an integral team member, you will provide Level 2/3 support for infrastructure incidents, manage identity services, and take part in project delivery. Your expertise will help improve standardization and operational efficiency across IT services, directly impacting the company’s performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT infrastructure incidents
• Monitor and optimize systems and cloud services
• Administer user permissions in Active Directory
• Support project documentation and change management
• Enhance operational tasks through PowerShell scripting

Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years in IT infrastructure roles
• Degree in Information Technology or related
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Knowledge of networking and Citrix DaaS
• Proven ability to work under pressure
