Position Overview

We are actively hiring a Journeyman Sheet Metal Worker / HVAC to grow your career in a company offering gainful employment, many high‑scale commercial projects, and room for advancement.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise on‑site commercial projects from start to finish.

Mentor apprentice plumbers and HVAC technicians.

Manage crews on multiple projects.

Qualifications

Journeyman Sheet Metal Worker or Plumber certification.

Safety training and certification.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work at a fast pace and under pressure.

Ability to lift heavy objects and endure manual labour.





References.

Ability to work alone and with a team.

Proven experience managing the on‑site portion of mechanical construction projects.

Proven experience managing a crew of mechanical contracting apprentices.
